Q. How do I register a domain name?

A. To register for a domain:

1. Click on the Order link on the left hand menu or click this Order link.
2. "Register New Domain" is selected by default, click "next >>".
3. Input desired domain name into the first text area.
4. Click the Select button to either see the available options or to just look for a particular option, i.e., .com, .org, .info.
5. Click the button "Lookup Domain" to continue.

Q. How do I know if a domain name is available?

A. To check Domain Name availability:

Q. How do I find out who owns a domain name?

Q. How do I know when my domain name registration has expired?

A. To check expiration of a Domain Name:

Q. Can I register a domain name for more than 1 year at a time?

A. Yes! You can order a domain name for more then a year by changing the quantity of the domain you wish to order after the lookup is successful. You can register a domain name for up to ten years.

Q. What top-level domains (TLDs) do you offer for registration?

A. Through Webolution LLC you can register .com, .net, .org, .info, .us and .biz top level domains.


Colocation Information    

Q. Do you offer colocation?

A. We do offer colocation through our data center provider (Peak 10). If you are interested in colocation services just let us know and we will be more than happy to use our relationship with Peak 10 to get you a great deal.

Q. What do you mean when you say you are a "tenant web-hosting" company?

A. "Tenant web hosting" is another term for colocation. Q. Why do you not offer Frontpage Extensions?

A. Webolution LLC does not offer Frontpage Extensions simply because they are not needed. Frontpage will automatically default to FTP (read document above for further information) if extensions are not installed. Webolution LLC tries to make it as simple as possible to get your information on the web and we feel FTP is the simpler way.
